I sit right at the crossroads of European agent requirements and on-the-ground tourism operations.
My goal is simple: to give you clear answers, strip away the confusing jargon, and make compliance a natural part of your business so you can focus on giving your guests an incredible experience.
I have now been in tourism for 10 years. Through my studies, side jobs, internships and theses research, I’ve seen tourism from accommodation, tour operator and NGO angles.
